• Kelly Oubre Jr.
    SF, Phoenix Suns

Kelly Oubre Jr. took another step forward for the Suns in 2019-20, ranking 47th in 9-cat and slotting in at 58th in 8-cat.

Oubre Jr. played the best ball of his career in 2018-19, a season he split between the Wizards and the Suns, and he bumped it up another notch this year. He averaged 18.7 PPG, 6.4 RPG, 1.5 APG, 1.3 SPG and 1.9 threes in an all-around effort in 56 games. Oubre Jr.'s season was cut short at the end of February due to a torn right meniscus, although he only missed seven games before the league was stopped due to the COVID-19 pandemic. He said earlier this week that he isn't 100 percent committed to playing when the league resumes in Orlando at Disney World in less than two weeks. It seems more likely that he will opt against participating the rest of the way, as he cited both his physical and mental health as reasons for caution moving forward.
