Subscription help

I'd like to talk to someone (ideally by telephone) regarding my subscriptions/memberships.  It looks like I have a good number of subscriptions that are still "Active", when all I really need right now is NBA basketball-related subscriptions.  I don't do any Fantasy MLB or NFL.  Could someone call me or email me directly at (832) 816-0499 and/or knautah@aol.com

I am experiencing the same and cannot find the B150 anywhere based on how the site is laid out. Can someone please help point me in the right direction?

@karimmcdougall Hi Karim! The first release of the B150 will be on October 4 for Ethos 360 members. Our product page has dates for when the B150 gets released into each product but I will also post them here. If you're looking at the draft tracker tool it is using projections that are a consensus blend from all of the major commissioner websites. Once your membership gets access to the B150, you will also get access to a draft tracker tool containing those ranks and projections.

 

Ethos 360: October 4
Old School: October 9
All Sport, All Fantasy: October 12
NBA FantasyPass: October 14

Hi @keith-alexander ! I was able to see that you have a duplicative membership so we canceled it out and refunded you for all of the duplicate charges. Now you're all set with the one Ethos 360 membership and if you have any questions or need anything else send an email into support @ sportsethos dot com and one of us will get you all taken care of. Thanks!

Hey guys I love the content but it’s so hard to navigate the site. I paid for the B150 and I’m having trouble accessing it again when I signed in today.

 

Where should I be going to get the content I paid for? Screen shot attached in case you need it.

My subscription is paid for through October 31 and I have held a Fantasy Pass (HoopBall) subscription all year, yet I don't have access to premium content right now. Can anyone assist?

It looks like you cancelled but that shouldn't impact your Draft Guide access. We did find an issue with your B150 access, which should be fixed now. Give it another try and let us know!
