Is it time to make Tyson Bagent the Bears’ QB of the future already? I know you didn’t read my recap last week closely because I definitely called him Ted Bagent and that is not right. Ha. The Bears pulled out a win but it wasn’t pretty on either side last week. The Chargers should be better than 2-4. They’ve struggled all season though and Justin Herbert has already been banged up. The game’s line is lopsided and this feels like it’s probably warranted in this instance, though it has been sliding in favor of the Bears the past few days.

    Main Storylines to Watch

Lost Season or Season Savior? I know it’s ridiculous, but some people believe Tyson Bagent is a good quarterback. Those also happen to be the same silly people who think he’s better than Justin Fields. At any rate, Bagent was serviceable and the Bears secured a win. Though it was obviously D’Onta Foreman who stole the show. The Bears are probably foolishly believing they can salvage this season now and will undoubtedly trip their way to a mediocre football team for the next 10 years. I’m not bitter, you’re bitter.

Khalil Mack Returns to Feast on Bears: There you go, Chicago Tribune, I have your headline. It’s going to be up to rookie tackle Darnell Wright to contain the linebacker or Bagent is going to get absolutely obliterated. Justin Herbert and the Chargers offense may be the bigger national story, but this may just break the game and make it another long game for the Chicago Bears.
