Week 2 Fantasy Preview: Raiders @ Bills

  • Las Vegas Raiders @ Buffalo Bills

    Raiders (+350) @ Bills (-395):O/U 46.5
Raiders +8.5 (DK), Bills -8.5 (DK)

Just as everyone expected we have a 1-0 team against a 0-1 team in Week 2. But we got the two teams mixed up. The Bills were left with a gift-wrapped win in Week 1 after Aaron Rodgers went down but fell in overtime to the Jets to fall to 0-1. The Raiders on the other hand, to almost everyone’s surprise, is the only undefeated team in the AFC West. The Raiders have lost three straight games in Buffalo and the Bills were 7-1 at home last season.

    Main Storylines to Watch

Does Josh Allen bounce back from his Week 1 performance? To say that Allen was reckless in Monday night’s game would be an understatement. Allen passed for 236 yards and one TD, but he threw three INTs and lost a fumble. The turnovers were a huge factor in the loss. The whole offseason Allen talked about being less reckless with forcing throws and taking fewer hits when he becomes a runner. Neither of those was on display in Week 1 where he stumbled to a QB20 finish for the week.

Will the two Raiders star fantasy players bounce back? Davante Adams was WR29 in PPR leagues last week while Josh Jacobs was RB32. These were not the results fantasy owners were looking for in a Week 1 matchup.
