NFL Week 2 Weather Report

By JasonBaum85 Published September 16, 2023 3 min read

Here is your weather report for Week 2 of the NFL season.  The great news is we’re looking at significantly cleaner weather than we saw last week so weather should not factor very much, if at all when you’re setting your lineups this week.

Games in Dome Stadiums

Seahawks at Lions

Colts at Texans

Packers at Falcons* (Retractable roof, status TBD)

49ers at Rams

Giants at Cardinals* (Retractable roof, status TBD)

Jets at Cowboys* (stadium is mainly indoor, but partially outdoor)

Temperature: 88 degrees all the way throughout the game

Humidity: 64-66%

Chance of Rain: 19-48%

Wind: 6-8 mph

Fantasy Impact: Some. If you were thinking about starting Baker Mayfield and Mike Evans after a strong Week 1, maybe rethink it. Both running games should be getting a lot of action and maybe stay away from the kickers.

Browns at Steelers 8:15 pm EST Monday

Weather: Partly Cloudy

Temperature: 66 degrees at kickoff with temperatures expected to drop to 62 degrees by the end of the game

Humidity: 65-75%

Wind: 5-6 mph

Fantasy Impact: Minimal. With the 18% chance of rain streaming a kicker with better weather maybe wouldn’t hurt but other than that, nothing else.
