NFL Week 2 Weather Report

  • Here is your weather report for Week 2 of the NFL season.  The great news is we’re looking at significantly cleaner weather than we saw last week so weather should not factor very much, if at all when you’re setting your lineups this week.

    Vikings at Eagles, 8:15 pm EST Thursday 

    Weather: Clear

    Temperature: 74 degrees at kickoff with temperatures dropping to 68 degrees by the end of the game 

    Humidity: 41-52%

    Chance of Rain: 0%

    Wind: 9 mph 

    Fantasy Impact: None to do with weather. The conditions are as good as you can get weather wise. Any fantasy impact in this game will be solely matchup based. 

     

    Raiders at Bills 1 pm EST 

    Weather: Cloudy 

    Temperature: 69 degrees at kickoff with no expected temperature change throughout the game

    Humidity: 57-59% 

    Chance of Rain: 1-5%

    Wind: 5-6 mph

    Weather: Partly Cloudy 

    Temperature: 76 degrees at kickoff with temperatures increasing to 78 degrees by the end of the game

    Bears at Buccaneers 1:00 pm EST 

    Weather: Rain with the weather clearing up as the game moves on

    Temperature: 88 degrees all the way throughout the game 

    Humidity: 64-66%

    Chance of Rain: 19-48%

    Wind: 6-8 mph 

    Fantasy Impact: Some. If you were thinking about starting Baker Mayfield and Mike Evans after a strong Week 1, maybe rethink it. Both running games should be getting a lot of action and maybe stay away from the kickers.

    Weather: Partly Cloudy

    Temperature: 81 degrees at kickoff with temperatures expected to increase to 82 degrees by the end of the game

    Humidity: 16-17%

    Temperature: 75 degrees at kickoff with temperatures expected to drop to 68 degrees by the end of the game

    Browns at Steelers 8:15 pm EST Monday 

    Weather: Partly Cloudy

    Temperature: 66 degrees at kickoff with temperatures expected to drop to 62 degrees by the end of the game

    Humidity: 65-75%

    Chance of Rain: 5-18%

    Wind: 5-6 mph 

    Fantasy Impact: Minimal. With the 18% chance of rain streaming a kicker with better weather maybe wouldn’t hurt but other than that, nothing else.
