Here’s some Pick ‘Em plays our team is looking at for today’s MLB slate!

Mookie Betts OVER 7.5 Hitter Fantasy Score
It’ll be Logan Webb on the mound for the Giants today. Mookie Betts has 12 hits in 26 ABs against Webb in his career, which is good for a .462 batting average. The Dodgers are coming off an embarrassing 15-0 loss at home to their rivals. There’s too much pride in this Dodgers clubhouse and I expect them to come out and avoid the sweep with their leadoff man setting the tone.
Julio Rodriguez OVER 7.5 Hitter Fantasy Score
Julio Rodriguez has two hits in each of the two games of this series so far. He also got two stolen bases last night, so that threat is a consideration in taking the over on this number. One hit and one stolen base gets the over and with Lance Lynn on the mound, the home team should be able to put the hurt on the struggling vet.
Underdog Fantasy
Fernando Tatis OVER 1.5 Total Bases
Fernando has 15 XBH in June and is hitting .404 in the month. Five of his last eight games he’s gone for multiple hits. The Rays are starting Yonny Chirinos who is a make-shift starter. I like El Niño here at home, where he’s hitting .317.
Zach Davies OVER 3.0 Strikeouts
You’re not going to find a starting pitcher with a number lower than this. His pitch count on Underdog is at 82.5, so that tells you he’s going to be out there at least long enough to luck into a few strikeouts. He’s gotten at least three strikeouts in all six of his starts this year.

Tournament Plays
Rafael Devers OVER 0.5 Total Hits
No matter how big of a slump Rafael Devers is in, he loves hitting against the Yankees. Luis Severino will be starting the night game and he has struggled since he’s returned to the rotation. In his last three starts, Severino has given up 22 combined hits.
Luis Severino UNDER 4.5 Total Ks
This goes complementary with the Devers pick and some other Boston overs I will be playing. Severino couldn’t get over this number in 104 pitches his last start, which came in the Subway Series. He’s only gone more than five innings once since his return, so I don’t think he’ll have the longevity to hit this number.
