Fantasy Recap: Packers @ Vikings (9/11/22)

  • Packers 7, Vikings 23 (Vikings covered +1, U 46.5)

It wasn’t much of a game from Aaron Rodgers and the Packers as the loss of Davante Adams was evident with the lack of chemistry in the passing attack. Meanwhile, on the other side of the ball, the Vikings were absolutely brilliant with their offensive attack that was clearly headlined by phenom Justin Jefferson.

Aaron Rodgers was uncharacteristically bad in this one as he threw one interception to zero touchdowns and put up a QB rating of 67.7 on 22-for-34 attempts that totaled 195 yards. There should be better days to come, but the receiving room looked very uninspiring. Who would’ve thought that the loss of Allen Lazard (ankle) would be that big of a downgrade for this Packers offense. Rodgers should have plenty of weeks inside the top-12 at his position, but the loss of Adams in the offseason could mean that he finishes on the outside looking in when the season concludes.
