Dwight PowellPF, Dallas MavericksDwight Powell informed the media on Thursday that he currently has no limitations while he continues to rehab from a torn right Achilles and he would be ready for pick-up games at the team's facility if they were allowed.
Powell went on to say, "Rehab is going well. I've been saying everything's on schedule, but now it's kind of a moot point. We don't really know when we're going to get going again." The team's facility is currently closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and it is unclear when they will be able to re-open so fans will have to wait until they get official word that he is scrimmaging. Due to the expected start date of the 2020-21 season in late January, Powell has an opportunity to play in more games next season than initially expected when the injury occurred in January of 2020.
