Harris is always the forgotten man with the conversation centered on Philly's young star duo, but he just puts his head down and keeps on producing. He's a fixture in the early-middle rounds of fantasy drafts and things figure to be no different in the NBA restart. Draft accordingly in your resumption leagues.
