    Trey Lyles drew the start on Thursday and scored a team-high 23 points on 9-of-11 shooting to go with 10 rebounds, two steals and four 3-pointers.

    Lyles went off this game, but shot an unreasonable amount from deep (4-for-6 3PT) and hasn't cooked like this in quite some time. The Spurs were without Rudy Gay and DeMarre Carroll tonight which led to the starting role and high usage, but don't expect him to repeat this performance.
