Anthony DavisPF-C, Los Angeles LakersAnthony Davis will return from his gluteal contusion on Monday versus the Celtics.
Davis' sore butt cost him five games, but he returns against one of the best possible matchups in the Celtics. It comes as a slight surprise given that he only took limited part in practice on Friday and then didn't practice at all over the weekend. It's unlikely that Davis is eased back, but as the best per-minute producer in the history of fantasy basketball, he's an obvious start tonight regardless of any hypothetical restrictions. The slice of the pie for Javale McGee and Dwight Howard shrinks with this news, and expect the two centers to cancel each other's value just as they had been doing prior to Davis' butt bruise.
