Luke Kornet

PF-C, Chicago Bulls

Luke Kornet started on Friday and scored 13 points (4-of-10 from the field) with three rebounds, two blocks and two 3-pointers in 28 minutes.

Kornet got the start with Wendell Carter Jr. (right high ankle sprain) and Daniel Gafford (thumb) both sidelined. Carter is likely out 3-5 more weeks and Gafford is out 2-4 weeks, so Kornet has some short-term value in standard leagues and should have solid production in blocks and threes. Thaddeus Young (four points and two steals in 32 minutes) struggled on Friday but is the preferred option over Kornet while the Bulls are injured.
