Week 11 QB Rankings 2024

Check back every week as we rank the QBs ahead of their potential matchups. The position is as deep as ever and you will want to know who start and who to bench based on matchups, projections and sometimes just gut feel.
PLAYER NAME | TEAM | OPP | Blurb
|---|---|---|---|---|
Jalen Hurts | PHI | WAS | Hurts is scoring on the ground and in the air seemingly every game. He has four top-five finishes in a row and has a solid matchup at home. No reason to expect the streak to stop here.
Lamar Jackson | BAL | PIT | Worst matchup of the season for Jackson and don't expect another 40-point explosion, but he has 14 passing TDs in the last four weeks. He's running hot and should still get his.
Brock Purdy | SF | SEA | He's got three rushing TDs in his last three games, but with CMC back, those might disappear. He's got his weapons back and should continue putting up plenty of points. Ceiling isn't that high, but floor is assured.
Josh Allen | BUF | KC | Game of the year, but BUF is banged up and could have limited receiving options. If KC defense wasn't so great, I'd just bank on Allen using his legs and getting it done. The rushing TDs haven't been there this season, but this has playoff vibes and expect him to go all out.
Joe Burrow | CIN | LAC | Another tough matchup for elite QBs, but Burrow is running ice-hot and while he won't go for over 400 yards and five TDs, he might get Tee Higgins back and that's sets up well for a sneaky good LAC defense.
Russell Wilson | PIT | BAL | Back QBs vs. BAL, that's the lesson of the season. Wilson might not be peak-Russ anymore, but he and George Pickens are cooking and Wilson should let it fly in a pass-funnel situation. He's must-start this week.
Justin Herbert | LAC | CIN | We just saw Lamar Jackson shred this CIN defense and Herbert has been pretty great lately. 3 straight games accounting for at least two TDs and he should keep letting it fly in a possible shootout.
CJ Stroud | HOU | DAL | DAL is broken and giving up on the season. Nico Collins is back and ready to explode. It's that simple this week and while the Texans might lean on the ground game late, Stroud and Collins should light up DAL early.
Jared Goff | DET | JAC | Nothing like a date with JAC to get rid of the INT scaries. Goff is coming off one of the worst games of his career, so expect him to get-right at home. 250 yards and 2 TDs is the floor in this one.
Jayden Daniels | WAS | PHI | Hate the matchup and if Daniels isn't running, he's not doing enough to be elite. PHI defense is elite and the only good sign is there should be heavy negative game script for JD to get garbage time fantasy points.
Bo Nix | DEN | ATL | Nix has two games of the last three games under five yards rushing and that's a problem. He's got six TDs in those three and the DEN offense if finally finding its footing. Nix is night and day at home, so expect him to be mobile and comfortable in this one.
Pat Mahomes | KC | BUF | Don't bet against Mahomes in big games. That's the rule. He's got some weapons and isn't afraid to run, expect a low scoring affair vs. BUF, but Mahomes will show up.
Jordan Love | GB | CHI | The bye week definitely helped his groin and he's got five legit weapons to throw to, but CHI pass d is great at hunting INTs. As long as the weather holds, Love should get back to basics which is 250 yards plus a couple TDs.
Matt Stafford | LAR | NE | Stafford didn't throw a TD on MNF and don't expect that to happen again. Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua are healthy and they should light up this NE pass defense.
Tua Tagovailoa | MIA | LV | The offense just isn't clicking and you can't keep waiting for something that might not happen. They've got the tools, but who knows if they know how to use them. Rough season for MIA.
Drake Maye | NE | LAR | Maye has a high ceiling with his rushing ability and the Pats are looking competent, but he still doesn't have the receivers to truly trust him. He's a decent start in a decent matchup.
Jameis Winston | CLE | NO | 3 TDs or 3 INTs. Which comes, nobody knows, but if it was ever going to be a TD frenzy, it's vs. this NO team. Trading Marshon Lattimore indicates the Saints have given up and Winston could put the nail in the coffin. I really like this game for him.
Aaron Rodgers | NYJ | IND | The Jets are done, but everyone gets to light up IND. Rodgers was awful vs. ARI, but should bounce back as Davante Adams Garrett Wilson are too good to go down quietly. They are going to fire everyone if they lose before their bye week.
Anthony Richardson | IND | NYJ | On paper, it's a brutal matchup, but Richardson never does what you expect. If he just runs it all game, he could finish top-10, if he passes, expect plenty of INTs.
Geno Smith | SEA | SF | The TDs finally came in the last game before the bye, I expect SEA to be down early and often and that means 300+ yards easy. If DK Metcalf gets green light, I'd move him up five spots.
Sam Darnold | MIN | TEN | Titans have proven to be tough defense and Darnold is trending in wrong direction with 0 TDs and 3 INTs last week. Schedule gets tough next two games and I would look somewhere else unless he gets back on track.
Kirk Cousins | ATL | DEN | This might be too low as Cousins has been very reliable lately. He has zero TDs last week, but 7 in the previous two games. He's got the weapons, but this isn't the game to trust him. Back him at home and indoors.
Caleb Williams | CHI | GB | The QBs fall off a cliff now and Williams has proven an inability to be even competent. 3 straight games without a TD and you’re only starting him in Superflex leagues.
Derek Carr | NO | CLE | Last week was a mirage and I wouldn't back Carr again unless truly desperate. At least he's at home and could be in negative game script, but Carr is sketchy at best.
Mac Jones | JAC | DET | He's going to be under siege all game and while JAC will probably be down two scores in the first quarter, he showed no signs that he's going to be a reclamation project.
Cooper Rush | DAL | HOU | Rush is going to start, but will he finish. He scored negative fantasy points last week.
Gardner Minshew | LV | MIA | He's starting which is nice, but MIA pass defense just shut out Stafford and his weapons, so expect under 200 yards and one TD at best.
Will Levis | TEN | MIN | I'd be shocked if he survives this game. Flores is going to come for him early and often.
