• This was a high-risk week when it comes to weather. Games are being played at Green Bay, Kansas City, New England and Buffalo. This time of year, each of those cities could have extreme cold, heavy snow, high winds or all of the above.

We’re getting lucky with Kansas City and New England’s weather this weekend as those games will be fine. Yes, it will be much colder than lately at those locations but not enough to impact scoring.

Green Bay’s weather was a little worse but it wasn’t too bad. Just a little cold (tell that to Tua and the Dolphins!).

It’s a different story in Buffalo. Lake effect snow has been falling near Lake Erie this weekend and some of it has been very heavy. Most of the snow should end before kickoff but there is a small chance of heavy snow during the 49ers-Bills game on Sunday night.

The forecasts for each outdoor game are shown below. If you’re interested in how various types of weather impact scoring of skill position players, check out the list at the bottom of this article.

This weekly SportsEthos NFL weather report shows the weather forecast for each outdoor game. We will look for weather conditions that may help – or hinder – your fantasy players. We’ll also highlight games where weather forecasts may help us with Over/Under betting decisions.
