NOTE: The cutoff point will be 50% rostered in NFBC Rotowire Championship leagues (12-teams). The players will be listed in order of rostership.

Chase Burns – P – CIN – 0%

The roster percentage is thrown as they are not available in NFBC if they were not drafted in the preseason until they make an appearance. Burns has done that, and he looks good. He went five scoreless vs. the Yanks with eight Ks. The four-seamer averaged 98.1 (can hit 100) with decent 17.4″ of induced vertical break, (that can hit a high as 19″) as it and the plus-slider returned 12 total whiffs. He is the kind of arm you burn you FAAB for. If you need to hit a homer to catch up, this is your swing.

Recommendation – all leagues – 50%-remaining FAAB.
