Christian Encarnacion-Strand went 3-for-5 with a home run and a pair of RBI and is now slashing .423/.423/.769 with two homers and five RBI over his last seven games. If this is the beginning of his re-adjusting to the league’s adjustments, he could be in store for a strong finish to the season. Over this last week, he’s striking out at an 11.5 percent rate, a promising improvement from his previous 31.8 percent rate. He also posted his highest max EV of the season on the weekend, at 110.6 mph, which looks good alongside his  47.7 hard-hit rate on the year and his 17.4 percent barrel rate over the last week.
