MLB Pickups of the Day for September 21

  • Nolan Jones

Last week of fantasy baseball is coming, and if you’re lucky enough to still be alive, I’ve got seven red hot names to take a look at to boost your title match.

    Nolan Jones, OF/1B

Jones continued his breakout season with an even hotter week, with 3 multi-hit games in his last 4. Offers some pop too.

    Ryan O’Hearn, 1B/OF/DH

On an absolute tear right now, similar to a couple months ago, and going into a series against a righty-heavy Cleveland team.

    Jake Rogers, C

Rogers keeps hitting HRs, up to 17 on the year now for him, and enters a 4-game set with Oakland today.

    J.P. Crawford, SS

Flying under most fantasy radars, at least in ESPN leagues, J.P. continues to get better as the season progresses.

    Jose Butto, SP

Butto has flashed great stuff and peripherals in a few starts with the Mets, and will get 2 more starts this year (at least).

    Robert Stephenson, RP

With his stuff, it only seemed like a matter of time before he started dominating after joining the Rays, and that time is now.

    Seth Lugo, SP/RP

After a nice start against the Rockies, Lugo should be a double starter next week, with favorable matchups against the Giants and the White Sox.
