The 27-year-old Reds outfielder is experiencing a breakout on arguably the most exciting team in baseball. Friedl is hitting .320 with 5 HRs, 31 RBIs, 31 Runs, and an .855 OPS while swiping 14 bags. He hits leadoff against RHP with studs like Matt Mclain, Jonathan India, and Elly De La Cruz hitting behind him. He’s been hot lately with 14 runs in his last 13 games and has steadily been providing in the AVG/R/SB categories. Friedl’s Baseball Savant page is a little worrisome as he ranks in the bottom 20th percentile in 6 different hitting metrics. Cincinnati has been red-hot (pun intended) and he’d be worth an add in all 12 and 14+ team leagues.
