Gavin Williams, SP, Cleveland Guardians

I spoke about Gavin Williams two months ago after his call-up, and while his first few starts had mixed results, his last couple have been otherworldly. Striking out 12 in seven one-hit innings against the Blue Jays was a great sign, but following up with 10 strikeouts over five innings against Tampa was even more encouraging. With his potential, and the quality of his stuff improving with time, this is a no-brainer pickup in all leagues.
