Jake Cronenworth (1B, 2B, SS, San Diego Padres)

Cronenworth is a hot add on major platforms right now, rightfully so. Cronenworth is 18 for his last 52, with ten runs, 2 HR, 6 RBI, and two steals. He flashed his upside in 2022 with his top 140 standard cat rank by offering 88 runs, 88 RBI and 17 home runs. Cronenworth is back to form and when he’s hitting for a plus batting average, he’s a value in standard leagues. His flexibility in the field makes him a perfect candidate for one of your last batter slots in standard leagues.

Kerry Carpenter (OF, Detroit Tigers)

Kerry Carpenter is on a heater and he’s offering 4-category and point league value. Carpenter’s underyling metrics look good with Barrel%, xwOBA, xSLG, and sprint speed all above the 70th percentile on Baseball Savant’s Statcast. Carpenter’s actual stats are blowing up of late, and he has homered 4 times in his last 7 games. Carpenter has a .851 OPS, .281 batting average, 15 home runs, 41 RBI and 34 runs in his 249 at bats. He’s been hitting over .400 for the last week, and I’ve been running to grab him anywhere I need OF or Utility support in standard size leagues.
