Tony BradleyC, Detroit PistonsPer Adrian Wojnarowski, the Sixers and Pistons have agreed to a trade that will send Tony Bradley to the Sixers in exchange for Zhaire Smith, who will be on his way to the Pistons.
This makes a lot of sense for the Pistons afer the team acquired several centers since the beginning of free agency and there would not have been enough rotation minutes for all of them. Bradley will be in competition with Dwight Howard as the team's primary backup behind Joel Embiid and won't have fantasy value as a result. Smith has disappointed since getting drafted in the middle of the first round by Philadelphia back in 2018. He could see some opportunity in Detroit as the team is embracing a full rebuild and will be giving opportunity to younger players. Smith's fantasy stock rose with this move while Bradley's is on the downswing.
