After news broke of Avery Bradley's decision to opt out of the remainder of the NBA season on Tuesday night, the Lakers have once again emerged atop the J.R. Smith "sweepstakes" as they are now in the market for a replacement for Bradley.

The team will definitely need a replacement for Bradley, even if its only for depth purposes. They don't have much depth at any position, but the guard spots are especially delicate. The Bradley decision is a big one and seeing Smith join forces with LeBron James one last time is a mouthwatering possibility.
