Romeo LangfordSG, Boston CelticsRomeo Langford underwent wrist surgery on Tuesday and has been ruled out for the rest of the season.
Langford's surgery was to repair the scapholunate ligament in his wrist. He was initially diagnosed with partially torn wrist ligaments back in the middle of August but was able to play through it until now, though Langford was also sidelined by a groin strain in the postseason. He was not a consistent part of Boston's rotation and this won't have an impact on the team's title pursuits.
