Ricky Rubio will miss Tuesday's game against the Hawks as he awaits the birth of his child.

With Rubio out, Elie Okobo is expected to draw the start, while there will be more minutes to go around for Tyler Johnson, Jevon Carter and Mikal Bridges. Okobo is worth a streaming look in this easy matchup, but it's worth noting that Devin Booker is set up to be the primary playmaker for this game.
