The ailment will cost Holiday his seventh straight game, and the Hornets will look to Lonzo Ball again in his absence. Ball has been thriving with the expanded role and based on Holiday being ruled out a day in advance, Ball could be on this run for a few more games. Holiday's owners will just have to wait this injury out.
