• James Harden
    PG, Houston Rockets

According to Adrian Wojnarowski, Zach Lowe and Ramona Shelburne of ESPN, the Nets are rising up James Harden's list of destinations should he ultimately decide to leave the Rockets.

There were some rumors floating around that the Nets were preparing a large offer for Harden, and this lends some credibility to the idea, though Woj did add that no talks have taken place between the two teams and that the Rockets are preparing to run it back with Harden next year. The league would have a new superstar trio, as the appeal of playing with Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant is reportedly resonating with The Beard. It would certainly throw a wrench into the plans of fantasy GMs, who have been able to pencil Harden in as a top-two selection since he rose to MVP form as the lead man in Houston. This is all just speculation for now, but the Rockets' season of changes may just be getting started.
