The Washington Wizards select Deni Avdija 9th overall in the 2020 NBA Draft.

Avdija stands at 6'9" with a 220-pound frame and played overseas on Maccabi Tel Aviv last year. He's a two-way playmaker in regards to his passing ability on offense and effort and reads on defense. He isn't overly athletic, but is smart enough to make the correct plays. His shooting numbers are highly underwhelming, especially his .520 mark from the line which doesn't bode well for his fantasy outlook. If he can't shoot well, it'll be tough for him to gather enough of the peripheral stats to justify owning him in standard leagues, but his impact in reality should shine quickly.
