According to Shams Charania, the Bulls are taking Patrick Williams from Florida State with the fourth pick in the NBA draft.

Williams was a last-minute riser on the draft boards thanks to his NBA-ready 6-foot-8, 225-pound frame. He's a well-rounded defender who is able to guard multiple positions. The defensive role-player appears to be primed to make an immediate impact for the Bulls, if given meaningful minutes.
