Garrison Mathews has signed his qualifying offer with the Wizards and is looking to return with the team this season.

Mathews will stick with the team on a two-way deal. He was a non-factor last season, posting top-325 value. He remains on the outs in fantasy circles. Leave him on the wire, regardless of how deep your league is.
