• Andrew Wiggins
    SF, Golden State Warriors

According to The Athletic's Anthony Slater, the Warriors traded for Andrew Wiggins with the expectation that he would be the starting small forward in the 2020-21 season.

Wiggins could still be dealt if the Warriors have an opportunity to land a big name, but he clicks into their lineup as a forward better than D'Angelo Russell ever could as a guard. While his percentages were lackluster as always, Wiggins did make some progress as a 3-point shooter and distributor, leaving some hope that he could diversify his game enough to obtain standard league relevance on a healthy Warriors' roster. His scoring is bound to take a hit playing alongside Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson next year, and he will need to find other ways to contribute to earn major minutes in Golden State.
