Tyler HerroPG, Miami HeatTyler Herro started for an injured Goran Dragic (torn plantar fascia) on Friday and had a good showing, putting up 17 points on 5-of-12 FGs and 6-of-6 FTs.
Herro also added seven rebounds, one triple and three assists to the box score. He committed only two turnovers tonight, so that was a plus, and was actually the best Heat starter in the plus-minus column with a minus-1. The Heat need a "hero," and if they're going to stand a chance to win Game 3 despite the injuries to key players, Herro will need to explode like he's done in the past. Kendrick Nunn was reasonably effective off the bench, providing the Heat with 13 points on 3-of-7 shooting, four rebounds, three assists, one trey and one block in 29 minutes.
