Reggie Jackson (head) went back to the locker room at the end of the first quarter of Tuesday's Game 5 vs. the Mavs.

Jackson took a shot and was laying on the ground under the basket for a few moments afterward. He was noticeably shaken up but walked to the locker room on his own power.
