Russell WestbrookPG, Houston RocketsThe NBA has informed teams that the trade moratorium for the 20-21 season ends on Monday at 12:00 PM EST according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
This signifies the official start to the NBA offseason, as GMs will now be able to make roster transactions for the first time since early March once we hit lunchtime on the east coast. While it seems likely that a few trades could be made before Wednesday's NBA draft, we'd expect talks surrounding big names such as Russell Westbrook, Chris Paul and Jrue Holiday to continue thoughout the week and beyond.
