Maurice HarklessSF, New York KnicksMoe Harkless is expected to sign a one-year, $3.6 million deal with the Heat.
The Heat quickly find a replacement for Derrick Jones in the 27-year old Harkless, who played 23.0 minutes per game between the Clippers and Knicks last season. Although his stat-set is fantasy friendly, he is unlikely to get enough minutes to be relevant with the Heat being as deep as they are — Jones himself barely even played during their playoff run. Harkless could potentially be looking at more minutes, however, if the Heat let Jae Crowder walk. According to Adrian Wojnarowski, Harkless turned down more lucrative offers elsewhere to play for a contender.
