LeBron James (sore right groin, ankle sprain) should be good to go for Game 2 on Sunday, per Frank Vogel.

James suffered the injury during the first quarter in Friday's Game 1 victory after stepping on the foot of Jerami Grant. Despite the injury, James played out the game, and although he only scored 15 points, he looked relatively untroubled. It doesn't sound too serious and given the importance of the game, it would likely take more than this to keep him off the court on Sunday.
