Kyrie Irving has been diagnosed with a medial ligament sprain in his right knee and will be re-evaluated in one week.

This is definitely some relatively good news considering the main fear here was an ACL tear. Irving has been known to extend timetables, so it's quite possible that he could miss a couple of weeks. We'll find out more info once he is re-evaluated. Spencer Dinwiddie and Garrett Temple should see larger roles in his absence.
