De'Anthony Melton is ready to return from his sore left hand when the Grizzles clash with the Pelicans on Friday.

Melton's status accelerated throughout the day on Friday and he is now ready to get back on the court. The Grizzlies are short-handed on the backline tonight, with Jaren Jackson Jr. and Brandon Clarke missing this game already, and it is possible we see more minutes head towards Melton in smaller lineups. Melton has some momentum behind him as a steals-specialist already, and he is not a bad flyer for standard leagues.
