Luka Samanic appeared in just one NBA game for the Spurs this season, instead he spent his time averaging 15.2 points and 7.8 rebounds in 33 G League contests.

Samanic was a 2019 first-round selection for the Spurs, and they are known for taking their time with overseas projects. The Croatian is likely to at least stay on the NBA roster more often next season, but he still has a long way to go in his development. His 3-ball figures to be a priority after shooting .307 percent from deep on 4.6 attempts per game.
