Carmelo AnthonyPF, Portland Trail BlazersCarmelo Anthony posted low-end value with top-130/140 per-game production in 8/9-cat leagues.
After being waived by the Rockets 10 games into the 2018-19 season, it took Anthony 12 months to sign with an NBA team. Although there was plenty of discussion as to why that may have been, Anthony proved he still belonged once he did sign with averages of 15.3 points, 6.3 rebounds, 1.6 assists, 0.8 steals and 1.4 triples in 32.5 minutes per game with 42.6 percent shooting from the field, good enough for late-round value in his 17th season.
