Weather Impacts on Your Fantasy Players (Update for May 19-21)

  • We had it pretty easy this week as dry weather dominated MLB parks but that changes this weekend. A storm will bring showers and thunderstorms to the Midwest and Great Lakes areas on Friday, and then across much of the East Coast on Saturday. So, whether you need to maximize plate appearances for your hitters or choose the ones who are playing in the best hitting environments, here is how this weekend’s weather will impact your players:

Weekend Targets: The Best Hitting Environments

    • Seattle at Atlanta (Friday-Sunday; the best combination of warmth and humidity among this weekend’s series)
    • NY Yankees at Cincinnati (mild temps all weekend… plus an outbound breeze on Saturday as a bonus)
