The 3-1 Seattle Seahawks head east to take on the 2-3 Cincinnati Bengals for an inter-conference matchup. Coming into the season, both teams had playoff aspirations. Seattle’s season has gone as planned outside of a week one 30-13 loss to the Rams. On the other hand. Cincinnati’s season has gone the total opposite direction until last week when offense finally got itself together in a 34-20 win over the Cardinals.

    Main Storylines to Watch

A must win for the Bengals already?: I know it’s early in the year, but it feels like Cincy needs this win to keep pace in the AFC. Their next two matchups come against the 49ers and Bills. If they lose against Seattle this week, there’s a very real chance they start the year 2-6. That would be a daunting hole to try and climb out of in a loaded conference. Joe Burrow had his best game of the year last week feeding Ja’Marr Chase en route to a win. Keeping that positive momentum going is going to be vital to try and keep pace with a Seahawks offense that could explode at any given time. Speaking of…

Which Seattle offense shows up?: Are we going to get the team that put up 13 points in week one? Or are we going to get the team that scored 37 points in back to back weeks? I’ll give the offense a pass for week four, as the defense scored a touchdown and dominated the woeful Giants. Geno Smith has plenty of weapons at his disposal who are capable of putting up big plays on their own, namely Metcalf, Lockett, and Walker. Maybe this is the week rookies JSN and/or Charbonnet make an impact.
