The Cardinals shocked the football world when they knocked off a dominant Cowboys team in Week 3, can they do the same to another of the league’s top defenses? The 49ers have been unstoppable on both sides of the football and look to keep the ball rolling at home against Josh Dobbs and a Cardinals team that was supposed to be a frontrunner in the Caleb Williams sweepstakes. Arizona would love to play the villain again and knock off a hated division rival.

Main Storylines to Watch

Is Joshua Dobbs going to keep up the production? After facing a very difficult Dallas defense and coming out on top with a great fantasy performance, beating the Niners would be the next step in ascension for the young QB. Expectations were terribly low for Dobbs this year but he has shown the ability to produce against the toughest matchups. Maybe he can provide another shocker against the Niners.

Should we be benching most players against the Niners’ defense? With a top three defense in the league, the 49ers have been elite at limiting opponents. They are a matchup to avoid and it seems like you would want to pivot away if possible. As offensive coordinators get more film, there is room for even the best defenses to be picked apart, will the Niners stand the test of time?
