“Start” These are going to be D/STs that are rostered that you shouldn’t think twice about starting.

“Sit” These are going to be the D/STs that need to be benched until next week’s evaluation.

“Stream” These are going to be the D/STs that are sitting on your waiver wire begging to be picked up.

Start

Buffalo Bills (D/ST6) @ Los Angeles Chargers

Philadelphia Eagles (D/ST24) @ New York Giants

The Bills actually have a good shot at the playoffs now and after taking some good wins and continuously being one of the better D/ST week in and week out, I can say that this start will warrant success. The Bills allow the 25th most points to QBs, 14th to RBs, 23rd to WRs, and 24th to TEs.

Three losses in a row for the Eagles is actually crazy. This division rival game could end up being a close one too with the way the Eagles have been playing but I love the upside that the Eagles have with sacking the QB and the Giants don’t protect theirs. I like this start with the team that allows the 2nd most points to QBs, 31st to RBs, 1st to WRs, and 13th to TEs.

Sit

Baltimore Ravens (D/ST2) @ San Francisco 49ers 

Dallas Cowboys (D/ST1) @ Miami Dolphins

The 49ers are the best team in the league, of course I’m sitting the Ravens. I wouldn’t even start the 49ers to some extent but I think they’ll gave a better time. I also think this is the future super bowl matchup.

Two of the most explosive teams in the league going at it isn’t the most ideal matchup for opposing D/STs.
