Here is the Monday edition of our daily pickup article. I’m going to highlight 11 players that you should either be adding or keeping a very close eye on in your fantasy baseball leagues.

Pitchers

Graham Ashcraft got the W over the Pirates, throwing seven innings of one run ball with six K’s It’s been nice to see his K’s shoot up after only striking out 15% of batters last season. He’s rostered in 67% of Yahoo leagues (a number that’ll likely go up) but just be cautious where/when you deploy him. Pitching at GABP is always going to have its downside and he beat up on the lowly Pirates. Ashcraft is solid, just a lot to think about when starting him.

Jhony Brito had a great debut, throwing five shutout innings with six K’s while picking up a W against SF. He got sent down right after the game, but he’s someone to keep in mind as a streamer the next time he’s called up.
