Despite the plus-matchup, got a bad roll on Jalen Johnson’s rebounding, who logged just four, by far his lowest mark since returning to the lineup in late December. He did manage to hit 7-of-11 field goals on the way to 16 points, but didn’t quite get to the line we needed. Also, the take on Amen Thompson’s line saw the Rockets unable to put away the Pistons, resulting in him seeing his fewest minutes logged of his entire rookie season with just under eight minutes, only to turn around and play 19 and 25 mins in the two games following. At least, RJ Barrett was able to surpass his rebound line once again, despite the blowout loss to Utah.

Bang bang! Another big hit for ya boy, and we’re going to look to keep this train rolling. I was pretty disappointed Zubac was ruled out as I thought I had a great read there, but I’ll take a big win here, especially as I pounded this entry especially hard.
