    WR Christian Kirk, Jaguars

One of the biggest takeaways from the Jags’ huge upset win over the Ravens in Week 12 was the positive leap forward that QB Trevor Lawrence seemed to take, especially in the fourth quarter. That’s good news for all of his pass-catchers, including Kirk, who despite getting out-targeted (8-14) and out-produced (46 vs 145 yards receiving) by Zay Jones still ran one more route than his teammate. It’s also worth noting that Kirk had a much tougher defensive matchup than Jones being covered by PFF’s 10th-highest graded corner this season in Marlon Humphrey. Kirk has still maintained a route participation rate of over 90% in five straight games and has run a route on 95% of Lawrence’s dropbacks over the past three games. The defensive matchup should get a lot easier in a dome matchup visiting a Lions defense surrendering the third-most fantasy points to opposing wideouts. Jones is a strong waiver pickup this week and should continue to be involved, but Kirk should still be Lawrence’s top target moving forward as he has most of the year.
