The zero steals from Markelle Fultz is disappointing, but not surprising. There’s a high bit of variability in this specific category, so he could have had five or zero and it would all be reasonable. The theory was that he was playing against a turnover-happy Cade Cunningham, but ultimately he didn’t play well in any facet of the game. Fontecchio shot fewer threes than I would have hoped, but he still had his chances and plenty of minutes. We still ride this play in competitive games. I have no issues with it.
