I don’t love this play but I have to give you something! Syracuse has a good offense and bad defense. Brown has a bad offense and good defense. This game has a few major factors. First off, Syracuse is scoring 44 points in the 1H alone this year at home. I think that is a bit misleading. One of those home games was against Indiana, which is legit, The other 3 games are against teams outside the top 150. Brown is another team outside of the top 150, BUT, they do have a better defense than the other teams. Most of Brown’s first halves stay in the 50’s. Factor #2: Most teams score points off Syracuse from the 3 point land. And for good reason, they don’t defend it worth a lick. Brown only shoots 33% from beyond the line. Factor #3: Neither of these teams have played for 2 full weeks. Three cancelled games between the 2 of them. Brown hasn’t played since the 10th, Syracuse hasn’t played since the 11th. I’m counting on both of these teams being just cold enough shooting the ball to hit the under.
