The Suns have made the re-signing of Jevon Carter official.

Carter returns to the Suns on a three-year, $11.5 million deal and should be considered the favorite to back up Chris Paul. He's a defensive-minded guard and is one of the few guys on Phoenix's roster to fit that description, so Carter fills a valuable role for a Suns team that looks ready to contend. He's unlikely to hold much fantasy value outside of deep leagues.
