RJ Hampton

G, Denver Nuggets

The Pelicans have selected R.J. Hampton 24th overall in the 2020 NBA Draft and have traded him to the Denver Nuggets.

After dealing Jrue Holiday to the Bucks, the Pelicans nabbed some draft picks and this is one of them. Hampton has been dealt to the Nuggets and will provide them with an athletic combo guard. He has some work to do to polish his game and shot, but should fill in the bench nicely.
